1. Company and Appointment

  1. Boom Club is offered in connection with The Boom Bevlab Sdn. Bhd. (198301012575 / 0107969-H).
  2. The Boom Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (1679637-X) is the officially appointed technology and payment partner of The Boom Bevlab Sdn. Bhd. for Boom Club and its related services.
  3. Where payment processing, platform operation, or customer support is involved, The Boom Technologies Sdn. Bhd. acts in its capacity as the appointed partner.

2. Ticket Purchase and Sales

  1. The platform facilitates the buying and selling of event tickets between users.

3. Refund or Shipping Return Policy

  1. All ticket sales are final.
  2. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless otherwise specified by the event organizer or required by law.
  3. Event organizers reserve the right to change or cancel events. The platform is not responsible for such changes.
  4. Refunds for cancelled events are subject to the event organizer’s policies, not by our platform policies.
